What should you fix first?
Answer three questions and get one prioritized Glow dimension — the place your next month of effort pays off fastest.
Question 1 / 3
What bothers you most in photos right now?
Why one thing at a time
The reason this quiz returns a single dimension rather than a plan is that a plan is unfalsifiable. Change your cleanser, start a retinoid, cut sodium and buy a new haircut in the same fortnight, and when the score moves you will not know which one moved it — or, worse, which one you can drop. One change, one measurement window, one honest answer.
It also matters that the dimensions run on completely different clocks. Skin responds in weeks. Contour responds to body composition over months. Structure does not respond at all, though how it reads in a photograph absolutely does. Picking the wrong one is not just slower — it can look like failure when nothing was ever going to happen in the time you gave it.
How long each dimension takes
The most trainable dimension, and roughly one skin turnover cycle before a rescan shows anything real.
3–6 weeks
Moves with body composition, so it runs on a fat-loss timescale rather than a skincare one.
2–4 months
Most reported asymmetry is camera error. Fix the photo first; what remains is handled visually, not corrected.
Immediate, then fixed
Bone does not change. How it reads does — hair off the face, brows groomed, consistent light.
One appointment
Headroom, not a target. It falls as you convert it, which is what progress is supposed to look like.
Follows the others

Quiz questions
Do I need the app to use this quiz?
No. The quiz runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. It is a way to decide where to point your attention; the app is what measures whether the effort worked.
What if I already know my weakest area?
Then skip the quiz and go straight to that score page. The quiz exists for the common case of knowing something is off without knowing which lever to pull.
Why does it only give me one answer?
Because working on four things at once is the most reliable way to learn nothing. If skin, routine and body composition all change in the same month, a moved score cannot tell you which one did it.
How long until a rescan shows a difference?
It depends entirely on the dimension — roughly three to six weeks for skin quality, two to four months for contour, and effectively immediately for anything driven by photography or grooming.
