Why there is no price on this page
Apple and Google set the displayed price in your own currency, and they change it by region and over time. Anything we printed here would be wrong for most of the people reading it and stale for the rest, so the app reads the live price from the store and shows it on the paywall before you commit to anything. Nothing is charged from this website — there is no web checkout, and there never has been.
What the free tier is actually for
The free download exists so you can find out whether the thing works on your face before paying for it. You install it, answer three onboarding questions, take a scan, and get your Aura Score. That is enough to know whether the read is fair and whether the breakdown tells you something you did not already know from a mirror. If it does not, you have lost ten minutes and no money.
What Pro changes
Pro is the difference between a one-off number and a tracking loop. Unlimited scans mean you can build a trend line instead of a single data point, and the six-dimension breakdown is where the actual instruction lives. The ingredient scanner and the Skin Coach are the two features people renew for: one tells you whether the product in your hand suits your skin type before you buy it, the other answers questions about your own scan rather than giving you generic advice off the internet.
Billing, trials and cancelling
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple or Google — we never see your card. Where a free trial is offered, its length and the price after it are stated on the paywall before you confirm, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancelling is done from your store account settings, not from inside the app, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If you reinstall or switch device, "Restore" on the paywall brings your existing subscription back.

Is GlowUp free?
The app is free to download on iOS and Android, and you can take a scan and see your Aura Score without paying. Unlimited scans, the ingredient scanner and the AI Skin Coach are part of GlowUp Pro.
How much does GlowUp Pro cost?
Pro is sold weekly or annually, and the price is set by Apple and Google in your local currency. The exact amount is shown on the paywall in the app before you confirm anything, which is why we do not quote a figure here.
Is there a free trial?
Where a trial is offered, the paywall states how many days it runs and what the price is afterwards before you subscribe. It converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.
How do I cancel?
Through your Apple or Google account subscription settings, the same place you manage every other app subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period runs out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. Our refund page explains how to raise a request with each of them.
Do I pay anything on this website?
No. There is no web checkout on glowupscore.com. Every purchase happens inside the app through the App Store or Google Play.
